License Terms

License Terms

These License Terms explain how software licenses are provided, activated, updated, renewed, and used on this website. By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any software product from this website, you agree to these License Terms.

Software License

When you purchase a software product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software according to the license type, license period, domain limit, project limit, and usage rights shown on the product page, checkout page, invoice, or license details.

The software is licensed, not sold. The purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, brand, intellectual property, design assets, documentation, or any related rights to you.

All license types allow you to modify the software and use it to create finished projects within the limits of the license you purchased. No license allows you to resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or provide the original software source code as a standalone product, template, theme, starter kit, UI kit, component library, or competing product.

License Period

Each license is valid for the period stated at the time of purchase. This period may vary depending on the selected product, pricing plan, or license option.

During the active license period, you may receive access to software updates according to the license type you purchased. After the license period expires, access to new updates may stop unless the license is renewed or extended.

Unless otherwise stated, an expired license may continue to be used for the version already downloaded and activated, but it will no longer include access to new updates, new downloads, or license-based services.

Fixed Price Licenses

A fixed price license gives you access to the software for the license period shown at the time of purchase. This may include, for example, access to updates for 1 year, 2 years, or any other period configured for the product.

Fixed price licenses may include different license types, such as Personal License, Commercial License, Client License, and Unrestricted License. The exact rights, limits, and duration are defined by the selected license option at checkout.

License Types

The available license types define where and how the software may be used. Each license type has different project limits, commercial usage rights, client usage rights, and distribution permissions.

Personal License

A Personal License allows you to use the software in one personal, educational, portfolio, experimental, or non-commercial project.

You may use the product in one personal project, including a learning project, portfolio project, school project, university project, prototype, private experiment, or non-commercial website, provided that the project is not sold, licensed, monetized, or delivered to a paying client.

You may:

  • Use the software in one personal or non-commercial project.

  • Use the software for learning, testing, prototyping, or portfolio purposes.

  • Modify, customize, and adapt the software for your personal project.

  • Publish the finished personal project publicly, provided it is not sold, monetized, or used for commercial purposes.

  • Use the software in school, university, bootcamp, training, or personal practice projects.

You may not:

  • Use the software in a commercial, paid, revenue-generating, or business project.

  • Use the software in a project created for a client, customer, employer, or third party.

  • Use the software in a SaaS product, paid dashboard, paid application, commercial admin panel, or paid internal business tool.

  • Sell, license, rent, monetize, or commercially distribute the finished project.

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or provide the software source code as-is.

  • Upload the original or lightly modified software to a marketplace, repository, webstore, template directory, or download platform.

Commercial License

A Commercial License allows you to use the software in one commercial project owned and operated by you, your company, or your organization.

You may use the product in one commercial website, dashboard, admin panel, web application, SaaS application, internal business tool, or other revenue-generating project owned by you or your company, provided that the software source code is not redistributed, resold, sublicensed, shared, or provided as-is.

You may:

  • Use the software in one commercial project owned by you, your company, or your organization.

  • Use the software in one website, dashboard, admin panel, web app, SaaS application, or internal business tool.

  • Use the finished project publicly or privately as part of your business operations.

  • Use the finished project to generate revenue, sell services, manage customers, or operate your business.

  • Modify, customize, brand, and integrate the software into your commercial project.

  • Deploy the finished project to production for your users, employees, or customers.

You may not:

  • Use the software in more than one commercial project unless your license clearly allows it.

  • Use the software to create and deliver a project for a paying client.

  • Use the software in projects sold on marketplaces, webstores, template platforms, or downloadable product stores.

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or provide the software source code as-is.

  • Allow users, customers, employees, contractors, or third parties to download, extract, or reuse the software source files separately from the finished project.

  • Sell or publish a lightly modified version of the software as a competing template, theme, starter kit, UI kit, component library, or source-code product.

Client License

A Client License allows you to use the software to create and deliver one customized project for one client. This license is intended for freelancers, agencies, consultants, studios, and service providers.

You may use the product to create one customized website, dashboard, admin panel, web application, SaaS interface, internal tool, or similar finished project for one client, provided that the software source code is not redistributed, resold, sublicensed, shared, or provided as-is outside the completed customized project.

You may:

  • Use the software to create one customized project for one client.

  • Deliver the completed customized project to that client as part of your paid service.

  • Modify, customize, brand, and adapt the software according to the client’s requirements.

  • Use the software in a client website, dashboard, admin panel, web application, SaaS interface, or internal business tool.

  • Transfer the finished customized project to the client for their own business use.

  • Allow the client to use the completed project commercially, provided the original software is not reused outside that project.

You may not:

  • Use the same license for more than one client project.

  • Use the same license across multiple clients, customers, contracts, or deliverables.

  • Give the client the right to reuse the original software source code in unrelated projects.

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or provide the software source code as-is outside the completed customized project.

  • Use the software to create a template, theme, starter kit, UI kit, component library, or downloadable source-code product for resale.

  • Upload the original or lightly modified software to marketplaces, webstores, public repositories, template directories, or download platforms.

Unrestricted License

An Unrestricted License allows broader usage than the other license types and may be used in any number of projects, subject to the restrictions in these License Terms.

You may use the product in any number of projects, including personal projects, client projects, commercial applications, SaaS products, internal business tools, and projects sold on marketplaces or webstores, provided that the software source code is not redistributed, resold, sublicensed, shared, or provided as-is without meaningful modification.

You may:

  • Use the software in an unlimited number of personal, commercial, and client projects.

  • Use the software in unlimited websites, dashboards, admin panels, web applications, SaaS products, and internal tools.

  • Use the software in projects created for multiple clients or customers.

  • Use the software in projects sold on marketplaces, app stores, webstores, or software platforms.

  • Modify, customize, combine, and integrate the software into larger applications or commercial products.

  • Sell, license, or distribute finished projects that include meaningful modification, added functionality, and original implementation.

  • Use the software as a development foundation for multiple business, customer-facing, or client-facing projects.

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, or provide the original software source code as-is.

  • Sell or publish the software as a standalone template, theme, starter kit, UI kit, component library, or source-code package.

  • Upload the original or lightly modified software to another marketplace, repository, webstore, template directory, or download platform.

  • Allow end users, customers, clients, or third parties to extract, download, or reuse the software source files separately from the finished product.

  • Claim ownership of the original software, design system, components, files, documentation, or intellectual property.

  • Use the software in a way that competes directly with the original product without meaningful modification.

Meaningful Modification

Meaningful modification means that the software has been customized, integrated, extended, or transformed into a distinct finished project that provides additional value beyond the original software.

Examples of meaningful modification include:

  • Connecting the software to a real backend, database, API, authentication system, payment system, or business workflow.

  • Adding original functionality, business logic, user flows, dashboards, content, pages, or application features.

  • Customizing the design, branding, layout, navigation, content, and user experience for a specific project or client.

  • Using the software as part of a larger application, SaaS platform, marketplace product, internal tool, or client deliverable.

Examples that are not considered meaningful modification include:

  • Changing only colors, fonts, names, logos, screenshots, or minor text while keeping the product substantially the same.

  • Renaming files, folders, components, or variables without adding original functionality or substantial customization.

  • Packaging the software as a new downloadable template, theme, starter kit, UI kit, or source-code product.

  • Publishing the software in a way that allows others to access, copy, extract, or reuse the original source code.

Subscription Licenses

A subscription license gives you access to the software, updates, downloads, and license-based services for as long as the subscription remains active and paid.

If the subscription is cancelled, expires, fails to renew, or payment is not completed, access to updates, downloads, and license-based services may stop.

Unless otherwise stated, you may continue using the version of the software already downloaded and activated before the subscription ended, but you will not receive new updates unless the subscription is renewed or reactivated.

Multi-Year Licenses

A multi-year license works like a fixed price license, but it gives you access to updates for multiple years purchased in advance.

The license period, renewal date, and update access duration are based on the multi-year plan selected at checkout.

A multi-year license may offer better pricing compared to purchasing or renewing a 1-year license separately, but it remains subject to the same license usage rules, activation limits, project limits, domain limits, and restrictions.

Multi-Domain Licenses

A multi-domain license allows the software to be activated on multiple domains, up to the domain limit shown at the time of purchase.

Unless otherwise stated, a multi-domain license includes access to updates for 1 year from the purchase date.

A multi-domain license may offer better pricing compared to purchasing separate single-domain licenses, but it does not remove the license restrictions. The software may not be resold, redistributed, shared, sublicensed, or used outside the allowed domain, project, or license limits.

Domain Activation

Some software products may require license activation on one or more domains. Each activation is counted according to the license type and domain limit purchased.

The website owner may limit, suspend, reset, or refuse activations if a license is used in violation of these terms, shared with unauthorized users, used on more domains than allowed, refunded, charged back, cancelled, or obtained fraudulently.

Updates

Software updates may include bug fixes, improvements, security updates, compatibility updates, or new features. Updates are provided only during the active update access period included with the purchased license.

The website owner does not guarantee that every update will include new features or that updates will be released on a fixed schedule.

Renewals

When a license period ends, you may need to renew the license to continue receiving updates, downloads, and license-based services.

Renewal pricing, available renewal periods, discounts, and terms may vary depending on the product and the license type.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, transfer, lease, or provide access to the software or license key as a standalone item.

  • Offer the software as a standalone product, downloadable package, hosted template, competing product, or competing service.

  • Upload the software source code to public repositories, file-sharing platforms, template directories, marketplaces, or webstores.

  • Include the software in a template bundle, design resource bundle, starter kit collection, UI kit collection, or source-code marketplace.

  • Remove copyright notices, license checks, activation checks, ownership information, or attribution notices where such notices are required.

  • Use the software on more domains, projects, clients, customers, or installations than allowed by your license.

  • Use one license key for multiple customers unless the purchased license clearly allows it.

  • Modify the software for the purpose of bypassing licensing, activation, payment, renewal, domain limit, project limit, or usage restrictions.

  • Allow end users, customers, clients, contractors, or third parties to extract, download, copy, or reuse the original software source files separately from the finished project.

  • Use the software to create a competing product that is substantially similar to the original software without meaningful modification.

License Keys

License keys are provided to identify valid purchases and control access to activation, updates, downloads, and other license-based services.

You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Sharing or publishing a license key may result in suspension or cancellation of the license.

Refunded or Cancelled Licenses

If an order is refunded, cancelled, disputed, charged back, or found to be fraudulent, the related license may be disabled. Access to updates, downloads, activation, and license-based services may also be removed.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

All software products, code, designs, documentation, trademarks, names, logos, and related materials remain the property of their respective owner unless otherwise stated.

You are granted only the rights expressly included in the purchased license. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using the software does not give you ownership of the original software, source code, design system, components, documentation, brand, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Changes to License Terms

The website owner may update these License Terms when necessary. The terms that apply to your purchase are the terms available at the time of purchase, unless a change is required by law, security reasons, platform requirements, or to prevent abuse.

Contact

If you have questions about your license, license period, domain limit, renewal, activation, or permitted usage, you may contact the website owner through the available support or contact channels on the website.
